These Terms of Service apply to all plumbing services provided by Pickell Plumbing LLC in the Round Rock area.
Service requests can be submitted online or via phone. Free estimates are provided for most services. Emergency services may be subject to overtime fees.
We make every effort to meet scheduled appointment times. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot keep an appointment. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a service charge.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. A valid identification may be required for check payments.
All work performed by Pickell Plumbing LLC is guaranteed to be completed to professional standards. We stand behind our work and are happy to address any concerns promptly.
24/7 emergency plumbing service is available. Emergency calls may include additional dispatch and overtime fees as clearly disclosed before service begins.
